General
• You must be above 18 to commission me.• Payment is handled via Paypal's invoicing using Euro currency, before I start working.• Payment plans are possible. I will finish your artwork when the payment is complete.• By commissioning me, you agree that I may publish files and WIP stages of your commission on Patreon.• I may post your commission on my social sites. If you want your commission to be private or anonymous, please let me know before I invoice you. (Private commissions: +20% of the total price).• Do not claim my art as yours.• I will send updates regularly, PLEASE pay attention to each update and let me know if there's anything to change before I go further. We will work together to make the best artwork possible.• Major changes are allowed in sketch only. If you ask for major changes after I finished the sketch, you will be charged.• I have all rights to protect myself and cancel your commission if you act disrespectfully towards me.
Refund Policy
• You will be able to get a full refund if I didn't start working on your commission or if I cancel your commission myself.• If I started working on your commission, you will get a partial refund. The amount will depend of the commission's progress.
-Sketch: 80% refund
-Clean sketch and shading: 50% refund
-Colors and rendering: 15% refund• No refunds once the commission is finished and sent.
